Pricing
Pricing for aerial photos is slightly different for residential property and commercial property. Our basic pricing structure allows us to eliminate licensing or usage fees.
Except for special commercial marketing techniques, residential photos are generally acquired by proud homeowners or real estate agents intending to market the property for sale. In either case, usage of the photos by those customers are limited by nature and are not likely to be used for any other purpose. Due to the limited use for the client and high volume of residential photos taken by Eddie's AirShots, we are able to provide a substantially lower cost than our competitors for this type of photo.
Also, residential photos are simplistic in nature compared to the planning involved with commercial photos. Commercial clients have unique needs as their photos are likely to be used for a large variety of purposes. Commercial pricing requires a custom analysis of the needs of the client so their photo package is exactly as desired.

Commercial Property
Commercial photos start at $325* for multiple digital photos on CD.
*Commercial photography requires a detailed consultation with the client to determine their specific photo needs. Once we have have a good understanding of the scope of the task then we can determine the amount of time, the number of photos and the proper equipment needed to get the job done. At that time we will be able to provide an accurate quote for the customer.
Aerial Picture Prints
We offer a wide variety of print services to our customers.
We can provide anything from a simple 4 X 6" print to a custom sized large wall mount.

When it comes to large sized prints, there are virtually an endless number of options in terms of mountings and laminations. The type of mounting and lamination will depend on the intended use of the photo. We can quickly provide you a quote once we determine your needs.
